Privacy policy

Updated: 30 October 2026

This privacy policy describes the processing of personal data on test.ltemobile.de. The website is a test installation. Amazon affiliate links and e-book sales through Lemon Squeezy are planned for the service; the sections below describe the relevant use cases.

1. Controller and contact

Eike Gutt
Vor dem Heisterbusch 9
28717 Bremen, Germany
Email: info@ltemobile.de

2. Website delivery and hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider supplies storage, databases and technical infrastructure, processing the data required to operate the website.

When a page is requested, technical processing includes the IP address, requested page or file, date and time, browser and operating-system information, referring address, access status and data volume. This supports delivery of content, troubleshooting and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation.

Technical logs are retained for as long as required for the relevant operational or security purpose. The criteria are the need to detect faults and attacks and to investigate specific incidents. The data is then deleted or anonymised.

Further information about the hosting provider: ALL-INKL.COM privacy information.

3. Contact form and email

You can use our contact form or email info@ltemobile.de. The form requires your email address and message; your name is optional. We use these details to handle your enquiry and reply by email.

Contact Form 7 sends your message to info@ltemobile.de through our WordPress installation’s email service. We do not additionally store form messages in the WordPress database. Our hosting and email provider’s services are used to send and handle enquiries. No external CAPTCHA service is integrated.

To protect against automated bulk messages, we use a hidden form field and a submission limit. A verification value is derived from the IP address using a secret key. Only this value and a counter are stored. The entry is valid for 15 minutes; expired entries are removed by WordPress’s automatic cleanup. The IP address is not stored in plain text for this purpose. These details are not used to build visitor profiles.

For enquiries about a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries and abuse prevention are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering enquiries and maintaining a working contact service. We delete correspondence once the enquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate grounds require further retention.

4. Local page-view statistics with Statify

We use Statify for page-view statistics. It records views, dates, referring pages and target pages in the local WordPress database. Statify stores no IP addresses for this purpose, sets no analytics cookies and creates no individual visitor profiles. This installation automatically removes statistics older than 14 days.

The statistics help us understand how our content is used. To the extent personal data is involved, our basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical details: Statify data privacy.

5. Language selection and technical storage

TranslatePress serves the prepared German and English texts. The requested address determines the language, for example /en/ for English. Translations are stored in our WordPress database. Automatic translation through external translation services is disabled in this test installation.

WordPress login and administration use technically necessary cookies and account data for authentication, security and administrative preferences. Storage or access falls under Section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG where strictly necessary for an expressly requested function. Any additional storage requiring consent must be preceded by consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG.

We process personal data for technical operation on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete or block stored cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage can affect the relevant function.

6. Amazon affiliate links

The service is planned to include labelled Amazon affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to Amazon. The link contains an affiliate identifier used to attribute a possible commission. On arrival, Amazon processes technical data such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies on its service. A text link alone loads no Amazon advertising script on our website.

Where personal data is involved in providing these links, our legitimate interest in funding editorial work is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Amazon's own notices govern processing on its service, including its responsible companies, recipients, retention and international transfers: Amazon privacy notice.

7. Planned e-book sales through Lemon Squeezy

E-book sales through Lemon Squeezy are planned and are not yet enabled on this test website. The provider is Sold through Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA. Lemon Squeezy offers sales and payment processing as Merchant of Record. The specific seller will be identified in the checkout and purchase documents.

A future checkout will involve the provider processing contact, billing, order and payment information and technical connection data. We may receive order details needed for delivery, support and accounting. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(c) for legal obligations, or Article 6(1)(f) for handling and protecting business operations.

The provider also describes processing in the USA. Its privacy policy and data processing information explain recipients, retention, individual rights and international transfers. Before sales are enabled, this notice will be aligned with the checkout and data flows actually configured.

8. Recipients and international transfers

The hosting provider can access technical data needed to operate the website. Other recipients depend on contact you initiate, an affiliate link you follow or a future purchase process you use. Data is disclosed to authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect legal claims.

Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area must also satisfy Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. An adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, applies only where its requirements are met; for the Framework, the receiving US company must be an active participant. Otherwise, appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses with any necessary supplementary measures, or statutory exceptions, may apply.

9. Retention and erasure

We retain personal data for as long as needed for its purpose or required by law. Where relevant business records arise, the principal periods under Section 147 AO and, where applicable, Section 257 HGB are ten years for books and annual accounts, eight years for accounting vouchers and six years for commercial or business correspondence. Statutory conditions, starting dates and possible extensions apply. Use during mandatory retention is restricted to that purpose.

10. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Under Article 7(3), you can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Please use the contact details above to exercise your rights.

Objection: Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. You can object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving a reason.

Under Article 77 GDPR, you can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. For our location in Bremen, one contact is the Bremen Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
