Right of withdrawal

Updated: 8 November 2026 · This information applies to consumers purchasing our digital e-books as PDF and EPUB files through Stripe Managed Payments.

Right of withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your e-book purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The statutory withdrawal period starts when the contract is concluded. Statutory rules providing for a later start or a longer period continue to apply.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email or post. Our contact details are:

Eike Gutt – LTEmobile
Vor dem Heisterbusch 9
28717 Bremen, Germany
Telephone: +49 176 31562399
Email: info@ltemobile.de

You may use the model form below, but this is optional. You may also use the “Withdraw from contract” function at https://ltemobile.de/en/withdrawal/#withdrawal-form. Enter your name, information identifying the purchase and an email address for the acknowledgement, then select “Confirm withdrawal”. You will receive an email acknowledgement containing your statement and the date and time it was received.

Sending your withdrawal statement before the period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.

What happens after withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse all payments under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. We charge no reimbursement fees. Refunds are processed through Stripe/Link.

You do not have to pay compensation for digital content already supplied when you exercise your right of withdrawal. This purchase process does not request a waiver of that right. Providing or downloading the e-book alone therefore does not end the right of withdrawal early.

Additional provision for Stripe Managed Payments

Link’s terms also provide consumers in the European Union with a 14-day cooling-off period from receiving access to the purchased product. Any longer period this gives you remains available. You may also contact Link support for “Sold through Link” purchases. You are not required to submit your withdrawal exclusively through Link. This additional provision does not restrict your statutory rights.
